  1. Business Development Executive (Beta Krezon)
    • Roles and Responsibilities
      • Represent Krezon to prospective clients/partners
      • Drive business forward with a strong focus on new client acquisition
      • Develop client relationships for repeat business from existing clients
      • Assist the lead consultant in outlining client requirements and in drafting the proposal for new projects
      • Attend external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
      • Develop content for marketing brochures and newsletters

      MBA with relevant work experience of at least 2-3 years

  2. Junior Consultant
    • Roles and Responsibilities
      • Assist Lead Consultant, working on improving marketing and sales strategy at SMEs in the Abrasive Industry, with idea generation and verification
      • Explore and define the existing mechanism of sales and distribution at the SME
      • Assist Lead Consultant in identifying challenges faced by the SME in marketing of their product and in designing specific solutions to overcome the challenges
      • Use analytical skills in developing a pricing mechanism for the products sold
