One of the factors that have limited the growth of many promising SMEs is that these enterprises are often unable and sometimes unwilling to hire the best management talent that is available in India.

SMEs need to resolve many business challenges related to firm strategy, growth and shop floor productivity on a day to day basis to become globally competitive and yet at the time when they could best use the most creative and innovative talent available in the country they face numerous hurdles related to hiring and retaining of such talent in their firm.
