Position: Sales Executive
Location: Bhiwadi
Desired candidate profile:
Management Graduate with 2-3 years of experience, in industrial marketing. Candidates having prior experience in selling small/medium sized machinery will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new clients in the Delhi NCR
• Identify new clients in the Delhi NCR
• Take ownership of pre and post sales function
• Co-ordinate with Service Team for installation and after sales services to customers
• Keep track of progress made, and ensure that timeline commitments are adhered
• Arranging/Co-ordinating for participation in exhibitions

Position:Head of Administration
Location: Noida/Bhiwadi
Desired candidate profile:
Graduate with 15-25 years of experience, of which minimum 5 years should have been at a Senior Manager cadre. Candidate having prior experience in handling administration of manufacturing units, specifically, plastic moulding processes or small machinery manufacturing units will have additional advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

• Surpervise production processes closely to ensure that the progress made is as per laid out procedures/systems
• Keep track of progress made, and ensure that timelines and quality standards are being followed
• Co-ordinating with outside agencies (tax/transporters/admin staff etc.) for smoother working
• Inter departmental communication and co-ordination for data Break jobs into processes and design a structure so that the interlinked processes function smoothly
• Maintain records for employee productivity, people management, design incentive based plans
